Schools have now shut down. Pupils and teachers have been sent home. These are difficult times. But thank goodness we are in the internet age, and we can still be connected to the outside world, services, and learning through the internet!
With social distancing and the possibility of a lockdown in the UK, we have teachers, tutors, and teaching assistants making their services, knowledge, and skills available remotely, in this covid-era. We also have parents looking for experienced, qualified online tutors by current bona fide teachers and tutors.
If you have a school aged child who is now at home and would benefit from either assistance or encouragement to complete home-schooling work set by their school, get in touch! If you are a teacher, tutor, or teaching assistant (TA) who would like to be paid by the hour to work remotely, then also send our team an email.
Matching your children to the right, experienced online teachers
We’re putting teachers and parents in touch. Parents will pay tutors directly for the hours they need. Tutoring will take place remotely, real time by video-link over Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp, Houseparty, or Google Hangouts. Hours and times will be agreed mutually, between both parties, for perfect convenience.
Covid tutoring or online tutoring will help see your children through the next weeks and months, and give you a bit of space to get on with your working from home.
If you’re a teacher happy to earn extra money being a ‘covid’ tutor, email your CV including your qualifications. You must also have an up to date Enhanced DBS and be currently working as a teacher /tutor and completely up to date with the current curriculum, etc.
Please state which years you can teach. This is 1 to 1 remote video teaching/ tutoring/ homework support with screen sharing.
